Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing or using Djia Bricks (the "Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use the Plugin.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Techoli Company LLC ("Company," "we," "us").

The Product

Djia Bricks is a commercial WordPress plugin that extends the Bricks Builder page builder with additional elements, modules and functionality. The Plugin requires a valid, active license to receive updates and access all features.

Bricks Builder is a separate product sold by bricksbuilder.io and is not included with a Djia Bricks license. The Company is not affiliated with the Bricks Builder team.

License Types & Restrictions

Each license grants you the right to use the Plugin on a defined number of WordPress sites. The site limits for each plan are as follows:

• Single — 1 WordPress site, 1 year of updates and support
• Basic — 10 WordPress sites, 1 year of updates and support
• Agency — 50 WordPress sites, 1 year of updates and support
• Pro — 100 WordPress sites, 1 year of updates and support
• Agency LTD — 50 WordPress sites, lifetime updates and support
• LTD — Unlimited WordPress sites, lifetime updates and support

• Install and use the Plugin on the number of sites permitted by your license
• Use the Plugin on sites you own or on client sites you build and manage
• Install the Plugin on local development and staging environments (these do not count toward your license limit)
• Create, modify and distribute websites built using the Plugin's elements and output

• You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or transfer the Plugin itself to any third party
• You may not use a single license key on more sites than permitted by your plan
• You may not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, license or proprietary notices in the Plugin files
• You may not use the Plugin to build competing plugin products or services
• You may not share your license key publicly or allow others outside your organization to use it

Payment & Refunds

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your payment method.

Annual licenses do not auto-renew. When your license period expires, the Plugin continues to function but you will no longer receive updates or support access until you renew. You may renew at any time from your account dashboard.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at Info@techolicompany.com within 30 days of the original purchase date and we will issue a full refund. Refund requests submitted after 30 days will not be honored.

Lifetime licenses (Agency LTD and LTD) are one-time payments that include lifetime updates and support for the Plugin as it exists and as it evolves. The Company reserves the right to discontinue the Product with 12 months' advance notice to lifetime license holders.

License Activation

Your license key must be activated on each WordPress site where you use the Plugin. Activation registers the site domain with our license server and enables update delivery.

• You may deactivate a license from a site at any time to free up an activation slot
• Localhost and staging environments (domains containing localhost, .local, .test, .staging or .dev) do not count against your activation limit
• Transferring a site to a new domain requires deactivating the old domain and activating the new one

Updates & Support

With an active license, Plugin updates are delivered automatically via the WordPress update system. Updates may include new features, bug fixes, security patches and compatibility improvements. We do not guarantee backward compatibility for every update — always review the Changelog before updating production sites.

License holders with an active support period are entitled to email-based technical support. Support covers Plugin installation, configuration and bugs. Support does not include general WordPress, Bricks Builder or third-party plugin assistance.

Support is provided Monday–Friday. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days. Lifetime plan holders receive priority support handling.

Intellectual Property

The Plugin, including all source code, design, documentation, element libraries and related materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Techoli Company LLC and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

Purchasing a license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to use the Plugin as described in these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred.

The output of the Plugin (i.e., the HTML, CSS and JavaScript generated on your website by using Plugin elements) belongs to you and may be used freely in any website project.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Plugin to:

• Violate any applicable local, national or international law or regulation
• Create, distribute or facilitate malware, spyware, phishing or any harmful content
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Circumvent or interfere with our license validation or security systems
• Decompile, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Plugin beyond what is permitted by applicable law
• Misrepresent yourself or your organization in relation to Plugin support or license use

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with all third-party plugins or themes, or that defects will be corrected. Your use of the Plugin is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TECHOLI COMPANY LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLUGIN.

IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE LICENSE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Techoli Company LLC and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Plugin in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any third-party rights; or (c) any content you create or distribute using the Plugin.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Plugin and delete all copies from your systems.

Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund. If we terminate your license without cause, we will provide a pro-rated refund for unused annual subscription time.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Plugin shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Wyoming, USA.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active license holders via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Plugin after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
